Sand Castles West

A beach property that is a favorite with families is on the west end of Panama City Beach, Florida - the townhouse at Sand Castles West. Large and roomy at 1250 sq ft, with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen with a seperate dining area, living room and washer/dryer inside. This is a very, very popular rental with families because of the roominess. It feels just like home at the beach.

Sand Castles West is a short walk across the street from the beach with a dedicated beach access. It has 2 pools for our guests to use with one of the pools only a few steps from our front door. There is safe and exclusive parking for 2 cars right in front of the townhouse.

Towels, bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen is ready for you. Cable TV with 2 TV's and a DVD/CD player is provided.

Right next door is a Winn Dixie shopping center where you can do one stop shopping. Nearby are amusement parks, water parks, restaurants etc.

Our normal rental period is on a weekly basis, starting on a Saturday and ending on a Saturday.

2007 RATES: (Tax & cleaning fee not included, rates subject to change)
Spring/Fall: 720/week
Summer: $870/week

A refundable $200 security deposit applies for all rentals. We ONLY rent to families or couples, no smoking and no pets allowed.
