Two pools are ready on-site for kids with a picket fence and clubhouse. VERY CLOSE TO PIER PARK! Next door is Winn Dixie for convenient grocery shopping.
SCW is very popular among families because of the roomy accomodations (1250 sq ft). Parents love the privacy of a master bedroom with bathroom and it's own private balcony facing the beach. A second bedroom also boasts a small private balcony facing the pool and a small walk-in closet. In addition, SCW provides all of the towels, bedding and a fully equipped kitchen. A separate living room boats oversized couches, cable television and a dvd player. The separate dining room is perfect for meals or 'game' night! Mom will love the separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Our beach townhouse is a favorite with SNOWBIRDS during the winter because it is a house, the "home away from home" feeling is there.
Finally, safety comes first on My Beach Vacation, especially for families. Our private driveway is perfect to fit two cars right in front of the townhouse so you don't have to haul your luggage through a parking garage.
Our normal rental period is on a weekly basis, starting on a Saturday and ending on a Saturday. We also do long term monthly rentals.
